Subsequently  SANDE Y DÍAZ  can use the contact information provided in the form (name and email address) to send information about services provided by our company related to the query made, based on the express consent granted by the interested.

  • Attend as many requests a user formulates us through our Social Networks or income emails. Data provided will only be used to answer your queries, the legal basis for this treatment being the express consent shown by becoming a "follower" of them.

In all cases, the data provided will be kept as long as the contractual relationship is maintained or as long as the interested party does not request its deletion or exercise their opposition right. Once the contract is completed, the data duly blocked will be kept for as long as it is necessary to meet the legal obligations that affect  SANDE Y DÍAZ  in tax or other matters.  SANDE Y DÍAZ  never transfers data to third parties, unless there is a legal obligation, it is necessary for a contract execution or it obtains the consent of the interested parties.
